It is a part of an honourable legal tradition to provide free legal advice to the poorest and support valuable initiatives.
- Magnusson provides legal services to Fryshuset on a pro bono basis and offers annual education for this organization. Fryshuset is a Stockholm-based foundation established in 1984. It focuses on social projects and education for young people.
- Magnusson is the Main Partner of the Strategic Litigation Programme of the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights in Poland. Within the framework of this initiative, the Foundation joins or initiates strategically important judicial and administrative proceedings. Magnusson also provided support to the Children’s Rights Programme of the Foundation.
- Magnusson provides legal support on a pro bono basis to TRACE, a non-profit membership association that pools resources to provide practical and cost-effective anti-bribery compliance solutions to multinational companies and their commercial intermediaries.
- Magnusson acted on a pro bono basis in Polish court proceedings concerning an elderly woman
,who lost her job as a result of age discrimination. - Magnusson supports the JD Pro Bono project. The project was initiated by the Legal Debate Society of University of Copenhagen (Juridisk Diskussionsklub or JD) in collaboration with Save the Children Denmark (Red Barnet). The money from JD Pro Bono in 2009 and 2010 go entirely to Save the Children’s school project in Gidan, situated in Ethiopia.
