MAGNUSSON BOOSTS ITS REAL ESTATE TEAM IN POLAND
Michał Siwek’s experience covers a wide range of real estate matters, including planning, construction and corporate. He advised on numerous transactions, development projects, as well as on commercialization and asset management of various types of assets, among others office, retail, hotel, and warehouse. He also focuses on real estate restructuring and real estate finance.
In 2006-2010 Michał Siwek was a partner in the real estate department and head of the German desk at Clifford Chance in Warsaw. Before that, he was associated for eight years with CMS Cameron McKenna, where he became a partner in the real estate department in 2004. He has recently built a successful private real estate law practice. He is admitted in Poland as a legal advisor (pl. radca prawny) and is recommended by Chambers Europe 2013 in the area of real estate.
Michał Siwek joins from his own firm with two associates: Norbert Gawor and Piotr Dziwniel. Both are qualified as legal advisors (pl.radca prawny).

Highlights for the past 12 months include in particular advice to Apollo Rida and AXA on the largest commercial real estate refinancing in Central Europe in recent years (705 EUR million) and advice on the sale of the prime distribution park Żerań Park II to SEGRO for 43.2 million EUR.
