FORMER GENERAL COUNSEL OF METRO GROUP REAL ESTATE COMPANIES IN POLAND JOINS MAGNUSSON
Artur Chrzanowski is a Polish legal advisor (radca prawny). His major practice areas include real estate and corporate matters. Prior to joining Magnusson, he has worked as the head of legal departments as well as an in-house lawyer and commercial proxy in international entities.
Artur advised on a variety of real estate transactions, administrative procedures, construction works, maintenance of the building facilities and their commercialization. His professional experience includes involvement in such investment projects as construction of the production facilities, construction of the A1 motorway, development of the shopping centres and wholesale stores.
It is another high profile arrival to Magnusson’s real estate practice in Poland. In April 2014, the team in Poland was joined by highly experienced partner Michał Siwek, previously a Warsaw-based real estate partner at Clifford Chance and CMS Cameron McKenna.
Magnusson’s real estate practice in Poland is on a regular basis recommended by independent benchmarking publications, including Chambers Europe 2014 and Legal 500 EMEA 2014.
