Magnusson has advised Sumika Ceramics Poland on its acquisition of production facility in Wrocław from Advanced Diesel Particulate Filters. Sumika Ceramics Poland is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd., while Advanced Diesel Particulate Filters is 100% owned by Robert Bosch Investment Nederland N.V.
The property is located within the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone & Invest-Park.
Magnusson’s scope of work included legal due diligence of the property and negotiations with the seller.
The team advising Sumitomo Chemical was led by Katarzyna Sawa-Rybaczek, a Warsaw-based partner, assisted by Agnieszka Gawrzyał and Dawid Demianiuk.</p>
