MAGNUSSON HAS SUCCESFULLY ASSISTED WALLHAMN AB IN THE LAND AND ENVIRONMENT COURT

Magnusson has assisted Wallhamn AB in the assessment of the final terms of emissions of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) from Wallhamn AB’s PDI-operation (anticorrosion treatment of cars).

The Land and Environment Court pronounced judgment in the case on January 11, 2017. The Court decided in accordance with Wallhamn AB’s claim which implies that Wallhamn is permitted to adapt the emission levels after the amount of cars which are yearly treated for anticorrosion in the operation.

Wallhamn was represented by Partner Mårten Tageus and Associate Carl Eriksson.
