MAGNUSSON COPENHAGEN PARTNER, SAM JALAEI, ADVISES CO-RO A/S A DANISH GLOBAL LEADING SOFT DRINK PRODUCER ON A JOINT VENTURE DEAL IN IRAN

Sam Jalaei, Partner & Head of Middle East and Iran Desk at Magnusson Copenhagen, has advised client CO-RO A/S, a Danish leading specialist in and global provider of soft drinks with presence in 70 different countries, in connection with a joint venture with Takdaneh Co Ltd, an Iranian fruit producer exporting worldwide.

From the beginning of 2017 to early 2018, Magnusson Copenhagen Partner, Sam Jalaei, has provided legal assistance to CO-RO on both the Danish and Iranian legal aspects of the JV deal, including advising on the joint venture set up and structure in Iran, filing and registration of the joint venture company in Iran with the Iranian Business Authority and drafting corporate and other commercial documents, including articles of association and other mandatory documents.
