MAGNUSSON ADVISES WHEN GROW BECOMES A PART OF THE DIGITALIST GROUP

Magnusson has advised the owners of Grow in connection with Digitalist Group’s acquisition of Grow including its subsidiaries in Sweden, Finland and Norway.

Payment will be made in the form of shares in Digitalist Group, listed at the Helsinki Stock Exchange. The completion of the transaction is subject to certain conditions being fulfilled. The Magnusson team was led by Partner Gustaf Leijonhufvud together with Senior Associate Jennie Thingwall.

Grow, with its headquarter in Stockholm, Sweden, has provided strategy, design and communication services both in Sweden and internationally since 2004. Grow and Digitalist will together form a creative and international design and technology company.

“Grow wants to become more comprehensive and more international. Together with Digitalist Group, creative technology will be a part of our holistic solutions,” says Andreas Rosenlew, one of the founders of Grow.
