MAGNUSSON ADVISED ALTUS CAPITAL ON LISTING OF DRAGON MINING ON THE STOCK EXCHANGE OF HONG KONG
Dragon Mining, incorporated in Australia and an established Nordic player principally engaged in gold exploration and mining in both Sweden and Finland, was delisted from the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) on 19 October 2018 and listed on the HKEX on 5 November 2018. The total funds raised in the share offering were approximately HK$101 million.
The project was a perfect example of how client’s benefit of Magnusson’s coverage of all Baltic Sea region countries, in this case Sweden and Finland.
