THE CRYPTO CURRENCY OPERATIONS ARE BECOMING MORE RESTRICTED

2018-11-28

The Ministry of Finance of Republic of Estonia is planning to take the draft legislation to the Estonian Government to tighten up the acceptance of crypto currency licenses.

As the amendment takes effect the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) needs to review the suitability of crypto currency service providers and to assure their impeccable reputation.

Additionally, it will be decided that the registered office head quarter must be located in Estonia and entrepreneurs registered in foreign countries must establish their affiliate office in Estonia.
