BJÖRN WENDLEBY ON THE PROPOSAL ON NEW COMMISSION REGULATIONS

2015-10-12

Björn Wendleby comments, together with renowned actors within the bank and finance industry, on the proposed ban on commission paid by product providers to advisers for independent counselling to non-professional clients.

“Sadly, the reality seems to be that a lot of people lack the knowledge required. However, this is not in itself reason to introduce a ban on commissions, which into the bargain may limit the opportunities for many people to acquire advise”, says Björn.
