MAGNUSSON HAS ASSISTED HISTOLAB IN CONNECTION WITH OUTSOURCING OF THE PATHOLOGY PROCESS WITHIN REGION VÄSTRA GÖTALAND (VGR)

Magnusson has assisted Histolab Products AB (Histolab) in negotiating and drafting an outsourcing agreement with Tieto Sweden Healthcare and Welfare AB (Tieto).

Histolab is one of the leading providers of comprehensive solutions for research and clinical laboratories within cell diagnostics in the Nordics.

Through the agreement Histolab becomes one of the subcontractors to Tieto in connection with VGR’s outsourcing of digitization of the pathology process. The agreement covers Histolab’s delivery of the pre-analysis phase of the pathology process, which is a part of the main delivery and runs for a maximum of 20 years.

Magnusson’s team was led by partner David Ericson (head of Magnusson Technology Sweden).
