MAGNUSSON HELSINKI TO MERGE WITH YLIKRAKA

Magnusson Helsinki Attorneys-at-law and Attorneys-at-law Ylikraka will merge effective as of 1 January 2017. The new entity will operate under the Magnusson brand and will boast a team of 25 lawyers, whose aim it is to continue strong growth.

The new team will significantly strengthen Magnusson’s litigation capabilities and add insolvency law as a new service area to the firm. Ylikraka’s capabilities in this field are widely known and, among others, have been recognized by Chambers Europe 2016 with a recommendation in Restructuring/Insolvency.

“We warmly welcome Ylikraka to Magnusson. The firm’s size and customer service will grow significantly and our goal is to continue strong development in the near future,” says Tomi Merenheimo, Managing Partner Magnusson Helsinki.
