MAGNUSSON HELSINKI TO MERGE WITH YLIKRAKA
The new team will significantly strengthen Magnusson’s litigation capabilities and add insolvency law as a new service area to the firm. Ylikraka’s capabilities in this field are widely known and, among others, have been recognized by Chambers Europe 2016 with a recommendation in Restructuring/Insolvency.
