MAGNUSSON AT EUROPAPROPERTY CEE INVESTMENT & GREEN BUILDING AWARDS 2016

Partner Michał Siwek is a speaker at the EuropaProperty CEE Investment & Green Building Forum. What is more, for another consecutive year Magnusson is a finalist of the Awards taking place in connection with the Forum.
Magnusson Warsaw real estate partner Michał Siwek is a panel speaker on the retail sector at the CEE Investment Breakfast Forum opening the 6th Annual EuropaProperty CEE Investment & Green Building Awards 2016. He is also a jury member. What is more, Magnusson is a finalist of the Awards in the “Law Firm of the Year” (for yet another year) and “Tax and Financial Adviser of the Year” categories.
The conference panel will discuss retail investment markets in depth, and in particular where to look for new investment opportunities, and what should investors do with retail assets – revitalize, renovate or redo? The event bring together top industry professionals and catches up on the latest trends on the investment market. The Awards ceremony will take place on 27 October 2016 at the InterContinental Hotel in Warsaw, Poland.
EuropaProperty’s CEE Investment & Green Building Awards is the only awards ceremony to recognize and honour excellence in the CEE region’s investment sector. The awards will be presented to companies and individuals who have demonstrated the best overall performance during the past year, and will highlight investment transactions that have produced consistent results and a high likelihood that investors will not be disappointed in the future.
The members of the jury are all experienced real estate professionals, and are from every sector of the commercial real estate in the region. Judging criteria include: investment objectives, final outcome, performance, experience, knowledge of sector, communication with partners, reputation and compliance.
