MAGNUSSON STRENGTHENS ITS PRACTICE IN UKRAINE WITH NEW TEAM
Oleksandr Liulkov was with the Magnusson team when the operations in Kiev were launched back in 2013 and now comes back to the firm. During his career he worked, among others, for Andreas Neocleous and Co., Magisters, Deloitte, and most recently conducted his own practice. He focuses on banking and finance, corporate and M&A, dispute resolution, and tax, with in-depth expertise concerning cross-border projects involving Ukraine.
Oleksandr’s team of five lawyers includes partner Tetyana Proskurnya. She has been practising law for over 10 years and specialises in dispute resolution, banking and finance, real estate, construction, securities, corporate and M&A. Tetyana has extensive experience in advising on banking and finance, cross-border debt and equity transactions, restructurings, trade and production.
