MAGNUSSON ASSISTS TOP CHINESE LAW FIRM IN ITS NORDIC EXPANSION
Grandall is a top-ranked Chinese law firm with approximately 2,000 lawyers in 26 offices. Through the opening of its Stockholm office, Grandall has become the first ever Chinese law firm with presence in the Nordic region. Magnusson assisted Grandall in connection with this process.
The office launch was celebrated at the “Cross-Border Investment and M&A Forum” co-organized by Magnusson and Grandall in Stockholm. The speakers included, among others, Han Xiaodong, Economic and Commercial Counsellor at the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Sweden, and Mikael Lindström, former Ambassador of Sweden to China. The event was focused on the latest trends in Chinese investments and M&A activity in the Nordic countries and Europe in general.

Amendments made to the AML Law
