MAGNUSSON FURTHER EXPANDS IN FINLAND WITH ARRIVAL OF NEW PARTNER
Magnusson continues to expand its Finnish practice with the hiring of highly regarded Juha Taipale as a partner in the Helsinki office.
Juha Taipale specializes in contract and company law, international trade, technology business, outsourcing, M&A and finance.
He has also experience in technology related arbitration processes. Juha is recognized TMT expert and has been recommended for his technology related work in Legal 500 EMEA, Chambers and PLC Which Lawyer with client statements such as "excellent language skills and fantastic levels of availability" and "real asset". Prior to joining Magnusson, Juha has been a partner in another Finnish law firm. He also has extensive experience as an in-house counsel for a major Finnish listed company and a managing director of a successful technology startup.
