MAGNUSSON STRENGTHENS ITS TRANSPORT PRACTICE IN FINLAND
Harri is a former Partner of H & P Bureau limited partnership and holds the Licentiate of Laws (LL.Lic) and eMBA degrees. He has also worked as an in-house lawyer, Manager in charge of the Insurance, Claims and Credit Department at Wilson Finland Ltd, the Managing Director and Legal Counsel at Oy Lars Krogius Ab and the Managing Director and Legal Counsel at Verus Nordica Ltd.
Harri specializes in transport and maritime law as well as insurance issues and international trade contracts, and has 30 years’ experience of advising on transport industry. He is also familiar with transport risks concerning the trade and shipments to the Russian market.
Harri will work closely with Magnusson’s insurance team, headed by Senior Counsel Mika Laapotti, and the M&A team, headed by Heikki Wide and Tomi Merenheimo. Senior Adviser Timo Sipi who joined Magnusson in April 2017 will also be part of the transport team. Timo focuses on both domestic and cross-border contracts and has experience in advising on international projects in transport industry.
