MAGNUSSON STRENGTHENS CORPORATE AND CAPITAL MARKETS PRACTICE IN WARSAW
Wojciech Fabrycki specializes in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and arbitration. He is an expert in capital investment and M&A transactions, as well as in restructuring and financing real estate projects. He advised on dozens of M&A transactions for foreign strategic and financial investors (including private equity funds).
He is an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and was admitted to the bar as attorney-at-law.
Tomasz Kudelski specializes in company law, civil law, mergers and acquisitions and litigation. He has extensive experience in commercial transactions. He advised on a number of M&A transactions, as well as on investment processes and capital market transactions for Polish and foreign investment funds, including private equity funds on, inter alia, capital investments and financing of the real estate projects.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and was admitted to the bar as attorney-at-law.
Prior to joining Magnusson office in Warsaw, both lawyers were associated with the law firm Dubiński Fabrycki Jeleński i Wspólnicy (previously Vogel, Dubiński i Wspólnicy) for 10 years. Earlier, they worked at the Grynhoff, Woźny i Wspólnicy law firm and in the law firm Fabrycki & Dudziuk.
In the area of capital transactions, they advised in the investment process for inter alia: ABRIS CEE Mid Market Fund, China Central and Eastern Europe Investment Cooperation Fund, Advent International, Poland Investment Fund and Poland Central Fund.
Aleksandra Rogalska specializes in M&A transactions, capital markets and corporate law. She advised on transactions involving domestic and foreign business entities. She has broad experience in day-to-day legal services for commercial entities, including Warsaw Stock Exchange companies.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and was admitted to the bar as attorney-at-law.

Amendments made to the AML Law
Amendments have been made to the Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism and Proliferation Financing, also known as the AML Law.
