Rūta Didikė is one of the highest valued employment law professionals in Lithuania with an experience of more than 13 years. In 2017, Rūta was appointed an alternate member of the Board of European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions to represent interests of Lithuanian employers. Rūta is also the founder and writer of employment law blog “darboteisekitaip.lt” where she shares her professional insights in a simple and reader-friendly manner reflecting the core principle of Magnusson stated in its slogan ‘Simplifying matters’.
Eligijus Vinckus is one of the leading specialists in customs law in Lithuania. Eligijus joined the team in 2013, and has demonstrated excellent professional competences in representing clients in judicial disputes concerning application of customs law, also advising Lithuanian and foreign companies on various customs procedures, transport, logistics, freight forwarding and other legal issues. Before joining Magnusson, Eligijus had worked at the Customs Department under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania, and gained experience in EU legislation on customs. Eligijus became a member of the Customs and International Trade Commission of the Lithuanian Business Confederation ICC Lithuania in 2015.
