Within the scope of the transaction, Etteplan Oyj acquired the entire share capital of the Netherlands-based Tedopres International B.V. The purchase price has not been disclosed.

The team has been led by Helsinki-based partners Juha Taipale and Jan Lindberg, assisted by associates Juha Nurminen and Kiira Lehtonen. Magnusson's legal services to Etteplan included the overall coordination of the transaction, including due diligence and negotiation process, with the support of local Dutch counsel.

"We feel that this project demonstrates our ability to support major Finnish corporations on their international expansion. Advice on cross-border acquisitions is an important part of our practice in both Finland and the entire Baltic Sea Region", commented Juha Taipale, partner at Magnusson Helsinki.
