MAGNUSSON EXPANDS TO LITHUANIA WITH OFFICES IN KAUNAS AND VILNIUS

As of 6 May 2013 Magnusson Lithuania is fully operational. With the launch of offices in Kaunas, Vilnius and a recent expansion to Germany, Magnusson achieves its strategic goal of a complete pan-regional coverage.

The new offices in in Kaunas and Vilnius include four partners and twenty lawyers altogether, with a leading corporate attorney Ligita Ramanauskaitė joining as the managing partner of Magnusson Lithuania.

The whole team moved from Nordia Baublys. Magnusson Lithuania offers a full range of legal services, including, among others, corporate and M&A, banking and finance, dispute resolution, real estate, tax and employment.
