Annika is an associate in Magnusson´s Tallinn office  Corporate and M&A team. She focuses mainly on corporate and commercial matters and advises clients also on intellectual property law, taxation and technology related issues.
Annika obtained her MA degree in law from the University of Tartu. Prior to joining Magnusson she has worked as a lawyer in several Estonian law firms. In addition to her legal career Annika has gained industry and entrepreneurship experience by running a company in green technology sector.
