Managing Associate, Estonia
Linda is a Managing Associate focusing primarily on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), EU related matters and competition law.
Linda advises clients on Estonian and cross-border M&A transactions, including on restructurings, mergers, divisions, asset and share sales and acquisitions. She assists clients at every stage of M&A transactions, from auctions to post-closing matters.
In addition, Linda specializes in competition law and advises clients on competition issues within different transactions (including merger clearance), joint ventures and in commercial agreements.
Linda has led several projects and international transactions involving different jurisdictions. She has been involved in the most significant cross border transactions the firm has undertaken and her work and effort has led to several successful closings.
She holds an MA from Sciences Po Law School in Paris in Economic Law with a major in Business, Markets and Regulation law.
