Madeleine Engzell is a Swedish lawyer and a specialist counsel in the Dispute Resolution Group.

Madeleine has extensive procedural knowledge of the Swedish judicial system. Prior to joining Magnusson in January 2014, Madeleine served at the District Court. Madeleine has also served as a junior judge at the Court of Appeal.

Madeleine’s experience as counsel covers disputes between companies from various parts in the world related to inter alia M&A, franchise agreements, leasing agreements, construction agreements, shareholders agreements, service agreements, liability, antitrust damages and debt enforcement.
