Stefan has experience from representing both multinational and domestic clients in a wide variety of real estate related matters. He frequently assists clients on matters relating to commercial premises and other rights of use, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial leases. Stefan has an in-depth knowledge of advising tenants within the retail and technology sector. He has previously been seconded to one of the major retailers in Sweden, where he assisted on a wide range of matters relating to retail premises.
Stefan has experience of assisting clients on direct and indirect acquisitions and disposals of real estate. Further, he has experience in advising clients on real estate related matters in relation to business transfers.
