Svetlana is a seasoned legal professional with significant experience of advising clients on various tax, corporate and employment law matters. With a previous background of 5+ years of working in global consultancy firms KPMG, BDO and Deloitte Svetlana has a well-rounded perspective allowing her to assist clients on a wide range of legal matters such as entering or expanding to Baltic or Estonian market, advising on complex M&A transactions and corporate taxation, providing consultations on daily operations as well as representing clients in communication with respective state authorities.
