Anders Worsøe is a Danish attorney-at-law (advokat) and a founding partner of Magnusson. His practice areas include employment and industrial relations law, company and international commercial law as well as M& A and public procurement.
In 1989, Anders Worsøe mastered in law from the University of Copenhagen. In 1992 he was admitted to the Danish Bar and in 2000 – to the Supreme Court of Denmark. He started his career with SAS Service Partner in Saudi Arabia (where during 1983-85 he was in charge of purchase and logistics) and thereafter he continued to work in Denmark (1985-1989).
Between 1989-2004, Anders Worsøe was a partner with Qvist Stanbrook Law Firm which, following the merger in 2002, became Magnusson Wahlin Qvist Stanbrook. From 1996 till 2008, Anders Worsøe headed the outsourced legal department of the German-Danish Chamber of Commerce in Denmark, providing legal services to the corporate members.
Anders Worsøe is a member of the Board of Directors in a number of Danish and foreign companies. He is also frequently used for international dispute resolution in mediation and arbitration both as counsel, mediator, arbitrator (including ICC arbitrations), as well as litigator.
He provides legal advice and negotiates in Danish, English, German, Norwegian, Spanish and Swedish.
