Kaija Pulkkinen is a partner based in Finland, Magnusson Oulu office.
Kaija has extensive experience in all aspects of employment law, including day-to-day advice, executive and employment contract issues, various company restructurings and co-operation procedures related to termination of employments and co-operation procedures in connection with business transformations, mergers and acquisitions. Kaija is also a well-known lecturer on topics on employment law. In addition, she has solid experience of dispute resolution, especially in court litigations.
Kaija focuses also in public procurement related matters and she has wide experience from demanding public sector assignments including restructurings and incorporations. In addition, Kaija also focuses corporation law and mergers and acquisitions.
