Magnusson chosen one of two best law firms in the Nordics at the transatlantic legal awards 2016

Magnusson was announced a runner-up for the “European Law Firm of the Year: Nordic Countries” Award, and one of only two finalists from the Nordic countries, at The Transatlantic Legal Awards 2016, organized jointly by The American Lawyer and the Legal Week. The Awards Gala took place on 7 June 2016 at the Fishmongers’ Hall in London.

The awards recognize law firms for excellence in handling transatlantic matters across the key areas of corporate, finance and disputes, as well as highlighting law firm innovation, commitment to pro bono, outstanding transatlantic strategy, and in-house leaders.

Magnusson was a finalist alongside a number of global elite firms shortlisted in other categories, including, among others, Slaughter and May, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Jones Day, Shearman & Sterling, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, and Latham & Watkins.
