Magnusson has been shortlisted for the 4th Annual EuropaProperty CEE Investment & Green Building Awards 2014 in the category “Law Firm of the Year”.
The Awards ceremony will take place on 30th of October 2014 at the InterContinental Hotel in Warsaw, Poland.
EuropaProperty’s CEE Investment Awards is the only awards ceremony to recognize and honour excellence in the CEE region’s investment sector. It gathers over 200 of the most active investors, developers, bankers, tenants and real estate professionals operating in the region. The CEE Investment & Green Building Awards is dedicated to the evolving investment and sustainable development opportunities that are presenting themselves to the market in the region.
At the Awards Gala, investment directors and officials, real estate companies, projects and individuals will be presented with awards of acknowledgment by the industry for their contribution to sustainable development in the region for 2014. The awards will be presented to companies and individuals who have demonstrated the best overall performance during the past year as well as highlight investment transactions that have produced consistent results and a high likelihood that the investors will not be disappointed in the future.
The members of the jury are all experienced real estate professionals, and are from every sector of the commercial real estate in the region. A judging criteria includes: investment objectives, final outcome, performance, experience, knowledge of sector, communication with partners, reputation and compliance. The jury voted on a short list, from all nominations received. In addition to Magnusson, other firms shortlisted in the category “Law Firm of the Year” are Andrzej Lulka Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego, Dentons, Gide Loyrette Nouel, Hogan Lovells, and Linklaters. Countries eligible to enter the awards included: Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Ukraine, Austria, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
