Magnusson has acted as legal adviser to Turebergs Bilcenter AB

Magnusson has acted as legal adviser to the owners of Turebergs Bilcenter AB in relation to its sale to the Aftén group, with possession taken on 30 September 2021.

Turebergs Bilcenter AB with operations in Väsby and Barkaby will be integrated as a division into the subsidiary company Aftén Bilcenter AB. Turebergs Bilcenter AB is a Kia dealership that also sells Suzuki, Maxus and Fiat Professional transport vehicles.

The Magnusson team was comprised of Jonas Bergquist, Katerina Madzarova and Eric Cederström.
