Magnusson advised Evidensia Eläinlääkäripalvelut Oy in the acquisition of the share capital of Minivet Oy

Magnusson advised Evidensia Eläinlääkäripalvelut Oy (Evidensia) on the acquisition of the entire share capital of Minivet Oy (Eläinklinikka Peninkulma) on 28 February 2022.

Evidensia is a network of small and large veterinary clinics and hospitals, comprising a total of 40 functioning veterinary clinics and hospitals in Finland. Evidensia is part of the international IVC Evidensia Group, which provides high quality veterinary services in 19 different countries.

Eläinklinikka Peninkulma joined the Evidensia network through the share deal. The parties commented on the transaction that the combination of the good training opportunities and other strengths of the Evidensia network with the expertise, knowledge and experience of Eläinklinikka Peninkulma will be an asset for both companies.
