Magnusson advised Tilitoimisto Likvidi Oy and its shareholders on the sale of Likvidi’s entire share capital to Accountor Services Oy

Magnusson advised Tilitoimisto Likvidi Oy (Likvidi) and its shareholders on the sale of Likvidi’s entire share capital to Accountor Services Oy (Accountor) on June 1, 2022.

Likvidi is an accounting firm that has been providing its services in seven different locations around Finland, where it will continue as part of Accountor. Likvidi specializes in serving companies in the following industries, among others: real estate services, transport services, construction, care sector, e-commerce, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) contractors and software companies. Accountor is a group specializing in financial and HR software solutions and outsourcing services, employing around 23,000 professionals in 6 countries.

Likvidi joined the Accountor network through the share deal. Likvidi commented on the deal saying that they will further benefit from Accountor’s expertise on artificial intelligence and integrations which will support their goal of providing better services for their customers. Accountor welcomed the assets that Likvidi will bring to their customer-oriented service processes and the modern technology and automation supporting those processes.
