Magnusson continues to grow by welcoming transactional lawyers Lars Törner Larsson and Hugo Stålbröst to the Corporate/M&A team in Stockholm. The recruitments are part of Magnusson’s growth strategy and aim to meet the increased demand from our clients within Corporate/M&A.

Lars Törner Larsson and Hugo Stålbröst join from Wistrand Advokatbyrå in Stockholm and bring with them extensive experience of providing sophisticated advice to Swedish and international clients in Corporate/M&A, commercial agreements, and financial regulatory matters.
