Eduard mainly provides advice in legal matters concerning real estate, environment and construction law to both Swedish and international clients, within the public and private sector.
Analytical and keen on creating a sense of in-depth understanding, Eduard seeks to see beyond the actual problem which represents the background for the legal advice required, with the intention of providing balanced and strategic advice that provides added value to the client’s business.
Additional experiences and insights have been gained by Eduard from serving clients within the life sciences -; retail -; FMCG; and the financial sectors with such as advice on compliance with sector-specific regulations; anti-corruption, AML and industry self-regulation; corporate governance and other company law matters; commercial agreements as well as on data protection/privacy.
Eduard obtained his LL.M. from the School of Business, Economics and Law at University of Gothenburg in 2012 with a concentration in stock company and securities markets law. He has also completed legal studies at the University of Mannheim (2012) covering inter alia German stock company law (Aktiengesellschaftsrecht), international private law, and payment traffic law. During his legal studies, he cultured his special interest in company law, especially regarding corporate governance related issues. Prior to joining Magnusson, he studied business and economics at the School of Business, Economics and Law at University of Gothenburg and worked extra in a bank.
