Marcus Wallin is an associate based at Magnusson’s Office in Stockholm. Marcus mainly provides advice in legal matters concerning Corporate Law and M&A.
Marcus obtained his LL.M. from Stockholm University in 2023. During the last leg of his studies, Marcus cultured his interest in Corporate Law and M&A, concentrating on these matters while authoring his master thesis on board members’ duty of loyalty in private limited companies with a focus on conflicting board assignments.
