Mette Parlev

Summary

Mette is a Danish attorney-at-law. She is Head of Magnussons Corporate Insolvency and Reconstruction Group in Denmark, but she also has vast experience in intellectual property law, corporate/commercial- and marketing law and is a highly experienced litigator.

Mette has been working in some of the largest law firms in Denmark until a venture abroad led her to Singapore where she took a LL.M. specializing in Maritime Law.

As her adventures abroad led her to the Netherlands, she started her own law firm and continued advising on corporate insolvency, intellectual property and corporate /commercial.

In 2018 she was asked to join AWA – the largest IP-firm in Scandinavia – where she worked with contracts, litigation and dispute resolution within a broad range of intellectual property rights and marketing rights.
