With more than 20 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry, Natalie has extensive experience from Swedish and cross-border transactions and investments, with specific expertise in real estate transactions, property development, forward funding, forward commitment, and construction and infrastructure projects.
Her experience in project development within the real estate sector includes work with land allocation and development agreements, negotiations in connection with allocation of building rights, divestment/acquisition of real estate in the development phase, and work with Joint Venture structures, including, for example, shareholder agreements.
Natalie works broadly within the real estate industry, working with various types of commercial agreements, different types of financing/project financing in connection with transactions and infrastructure projects and providing advice also on entering into commercial lease agreements. She has particular expertise in lease agreements in connection with project development and sale and leaseback transactions.
Furthermore, Natalie provides advice during the implementation or procurement of major construction and infrastructure projects, including drafting of partnering agreements, administrative instructions, and other related construction documents, also including questions relating to public procurement.
Natalie joined Magnusson in 2026 and worked for many years in Mannheimer Swartling’s real estate department. Most recently in another law firm where she was responsible for the real estate and infrastructure practice.
Throughout the years she has worked with e.g. real estate companies, construction companies, industrial companies, municipalities, international fund structures and other international companies and infrastructure entities.
In addition to being an experienced lawyer and negotiator, Natalie is very business oriented.
