Oskar Belani is an attorney-at-law and partner in Magnusson’s Stockholm office. He advises clients on corporate law, venture capital and M&A, with a particular focus on founder-led companies and their investors.
Oskar assists clients with fundraising, acquisitions and exits, as well as with ownership structures, shareholders’ agreements, incentive programmes and corporate governance. He has extensive experience advising growth companies throughout successive stages of development, combining transactional advice with ongoing support on strategic ownership matters and exit processes.
Before joining Magnusson, Oskar was a partner at Gro Advokatbyrå, having previously worked at Advokatfirman Vinge and Synch Advokat.
