Ralfs is currently studying at the Law Faculty of the University of Latvia in the Bachelor’s study program “Law”. Laws and obligations shape our daily order, ensure justice, and protect individual interests — and Ralfs aspires to be an active part of this process. Ralfs has a deep passion for researching the judicial practice of the Republic of Latvia, which has significantly strengthened his understanding of legal processes.
