POLAND: NEW REPORTING OBLIGATIONS FOR THE BIG TAXPAYERS

2015-12-09

The taxpayers that reported consolidated turnover exceeding EUR 750,000,000 will be obliged to country-by-country reporting (reporting income and tax paid by each entity of the group in each country in which entities operate).

The obligation of the country-by-country reporting will apply to the results generated in 2016. Introducing of the obligation of a country-by-country reporting is part of a complex change of the transfer pricing regulations. The main part of the new transfer pricing regulations will enter into force starting from 1st January 2017.
