Magnusson acted as legal advisor to Evernord Asset Management UAB, the operating company of Evernord Real Estate Fund VI, in a transaction where Evernord acquired a majority shareholding in Kiinteistö Oy Mannerheimintie 168.

Evernord, one of the leading Baltic investment and wealth management companies, completed the transaction in cooperation with Mirlux Oy. Mirlux Oy, as minority shareholder, will be responsible for the operational development and future management of the asset together with Evernord.

The property complex is located in the Pikku Huopalahti / Ruskeasuo area of Helsinki, Finland and comprises 56 apartments as well as retail and office premises. The property will be developed to meet current market needs.
