Anu Vuori appointed Managing Partner of Magnusson Finland

The partners of Magnusson Finland have appointed Anu Vuori as the firm’s Managing Partner, effective 16 December 2025.

Vuori succeeds Tomi Merenheimo, who has served as Managing Partner at Magnusson Finland since the office was founded in 2011. Merenheimo will continue his client work and will support Vuori in leading and developing the firm together with the rest of the board, which includes also partners Jukka Blomberg and Lilli Parbo.

Vuori has played a significant role in Magnusson Finland’s growth and development. She joined the firm in 2019 and has worked on demanding assignments throughout her career. She became the Head of Employment and, in recent years, has taken an active role in shaping strategy, driving growth, and strengthening international cooperation.
