Anu specializes in employment law, dispute resolution, insurance law and ESG matters.
She has extensive experience in all aspects of employment law, including day-to-day advice, employment and executive contract issues, company restructurings and co-operation procedures in connection with local and international business transformations, mergers and acquisitions, collective agreement matters and corporate immigration. In addition, Anu is specializing in employment and insurance dispute resolution, both litigation and arbitration. Anu also advises clients on ESG related assignments.
Prior to joining Magnusson, Anu worked as a Lawyer at a Finnish law firm dealing with both private and company clients, focusing on litigation, contracts and employment law. She has also held a number of positions as in-house counsel in the insurance sector and has solid experience in insurance and tort law. Anu also specializes in legal matters related to marketing, media and sports law.
