Magnusson advised Proxion Oy in sale of Proxion Plan Oy and Proxion Pro Oy to WSP Finland Oy

Magnusson advised Proxion Oy in a comprehensive transaction involving the sale of its two subsidiaries, Proxion Plan Oy and Proxion Pro Oy, to WSP Finland Oy. Magnusson advised Proxion Oy throughout the entire process, from the initial contract negotiations to the finalisation and closing of the share transaction.

Proxion Plan offers design services and design-related expert services for infrastructure and built environments, and Proxion Pro is a critical infrastructure expert company with the combined workforce of 150 employees.
