Magnusson assisted Joblink Oy in a share transaction in which Joblink acquired the entire share capital of Transval Myymäläpalvelut Oy from Posti Oy. The target company’s business focuses on offering shelving and collection services. 

Joblink is a Finnish personnel services company founded in 2006. It offers a comprehensive suite of services to businesses, including personnel leasing, coaching, and training for leased personnel, along with personnel management consulting. With the acquisition, Joblink group employs more than 4000 people.
