Magnusson continues its growth journey and will relocate on 1 October 2026 from Strandvägen 1 to new premises at Norrlandsgatan 20 in Stockholm, just steps away from Stureplan.
The new office will span two floors in the historic Vildmannen 10 property and will undergo complete refurbishment tailored to Magnusson’s operations, with a focus on efficient workflows and a modern working environment designed for the future of legal advisory services. The building, owned by Axfast, is a well-preserved late-19th-century property dating from 1888 and was designed by architect Kasper Salin.
“Our continued development is driven by our people and our clients’ needs. With these new premises, we are creating a long-term environment that strengthens collaboration, efficiency and well-being, while reflecting Magnusson’s position and ambitions for the future. We look forward to welcoming both colleagues and clients to Norrlandsgatan 20,” says Yeshi Tikkanen, CEO, Magnusson Sweden.
