Magnusson Sweden continues to grow – strengthens its venture capital, tech, and data protection offering through a merger with Gro Advokatbyrå

Magnusson continues its growth journey and is merging with Gro Advokatbyrå. Through the merger, Magnusson will further strengthen its offering, particularly in venture capital, tech and data protection, while Gro’s clients will gain access to Magnusson’s broad range of business law services and international reach.

For many years, Gro has advised leading growth companies as well as Swedish and international venture capital funds on capital raisings and investments. The team also has a strong position in tech and data protection, helping technology companies navigate a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape. In addition, the team advises a number of larger companies, providing specialist legal expertise in connection with digitalisation and technological development.
