Magnusson advised the sellers in the sale of Kuljetusrinki Oy to NG Nordic Finland Oy

Magnusson acted as legal adviser to the shareholders of Kuljetusrinki Oy in a transaction in which NG Nordic Finland Oy acquired the entire share capital of Kuljetusrinki Oy. The transaction was completed on 16 April 2026.

Kuljetusrinki is a circular economy company operating in the Helsinki metropolitan area, providing waste management and recycling solutions for, among others, the industrial, construction and real estate sectors, leveraging AI and robotics at its waste processing centre.

The acquisition strengthens NG Nordic’s position as a full-service waste management provider in the Helsinki metropolitan area. Kuljetusrinki’s strong expertise in circular economy, modern processing infrastructure and established market position support NG Nordic’s growth strategy and expansion of its service offering.
