Magnusson advised Tenuro AB on the acquisition of a majority shareholding in Uudenmaan Ohutlevy Oy

Magnusson acted as legal adviser to the purchaser in the transaction whereby Swedish compounder Tenuro AB acquired a majority of the shareholding in Uudenmaan Ohutlevy Oy. As part of the arrangement, the founder-owners of the company will remain involved both as minority shareholders and in the day-to-day operations of the business.

Tenuro AB is a Nordic compounder established in 2025, with a strategic focus on European SMEs. The company’s founding team brings decades of experience in the compounder model and in executing acquisitions.

Founded in 1992, Uudenmaan Ohutlevy Oy’s core expertise lies in the manufacture of high-quality sheet metal components. Its long-standing customer relationships and consistent quality have established it as a recognised specialist in its field.
